I met Shanan Winters when I was a member of the Phoenix Publishing and Book Promotion Meetup in Phoenix, Arizona where she was working on her first novel. She recently published her book, “Rising,” part of the Adept Cycle series and changed direction in her professional life to freelancing and content writing.
